Refund policy

Shipping

We ship to Hong Kong and Macau addresses only.   Despatch will be made on weekdays during business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).  Our standard mode of despatch is via SF Express.  Delivery lead time is approximately 2-4 business days.  Standard shipping charges apply.  SF Express may impose surcharge for deliveries to remote areas.  These surcharges wil be paid by the receivers.  One additional business day is required for deliveries to Macau. 

Refunds

We do not accept any refund or return once products are sold.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.  In the unlikely event that an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
